Counselling is a safe place to explore the 'blocks', difficulties and 'stuck' places in your life's journey.
My aim is to facilitate awareness and that gives you choices, which in turn brings change. Sometimes we are the victims of our own belief system, or our past, and that can blind us to certain ways of looking at issues or behaving. A counsellor/therapist is a catalyst, or trigger for change. Of course, I cannot do the changing for you, but I can create a safe and supportive place for you to explore, become aware and initiate the changes you want. |
